Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS
Not the right fit, or not what you expected? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email team@districtathleticapparel.com with your order number, the item and size you are returning, and the reason.
2. We review every request and reply with your return approval and the return address, usually within 2 business days. Please wait for approval before sending anything back.
3. Send the item back using a tracked service. Return postage is paid by you. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

CONDITIONS
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Items returned worn, washed or damaged may be refused or refunded in part. If you return part of a multi-buy order, your refund is the discounted price you paid for that item. Original shipping charges are refunded only if your item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item.

DIFFERENT SIZE
Place a new order for the size you need and return the original for a refund, so your new size ships straight away.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Email us photos within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and in most cases you will not need to send anything back.

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
