Shipping & returns

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over £50. Below that, standard shipping is a flat £3.95, shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to the UK, the US and Canada. Each order is made for you by our fulfilment partners and dispatched with tracking. We email your tracking details as soon as it ships. Delivery times depend on where you are and your local carrier. If your tracking has not updated for a while, email us and we will look into it.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Exchanges are free. Email team@districtathleticapparel.com with your order number and the size you need and we will sort it out at no cost to you.

Returns

1. Email us with your order number, the item and size, and the reason for your return.
2. Get approved. We reply with your return address, usually within 2 business days.
3. Post it back with a tracked service. Return postage is paid by you.
4. Get your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of your return arriving.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, returned within 30 days of delivery. If you return part of a multi-buy order, your refund is the discounted price you paid for that item.

Faulty or wrong item

Email us with photos within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. In most cases you will not need to send anything back.

Your legal rights

UK and EU customers also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Full details are in our refund policy.
